Mexico is a country rich in culture and natural beauty. I personally enjoy going to Mexico often, they know how to party and enjoy life. Their variety gastronomy is to die for, and not all is spicy food! To many, once they visit Mexico, they realize the erroneous preconception that many people around the world have of this country. Their most precious treasure is their people and its diversity. Very friendly, helpful and proud of their heritage. Culturally speaking is a melting pot of languages, dialects and customs. The most known cultures, Mayans and Aztecs, are joined by dozens of other ethnic groups that over time contributed to the beautiful mosaic that is Mexico. Map of Mexico
Officially the United Mexican States, is a federal republic in the southern half of North America. It is bordered to the north by the United States; to the south and west by the Pacific Ocean; to the southeast by Guatemala, Belize, and the Caribbean Sea; and to the east by the Gulf of Mexico. With an estimated population of over 120 million, it is the eleventh most populous country and the most populous Spanish-speaking country in the world.
